Thank you for your interest in our site. Please
feel free to email us or telephone (evening calls are ok) for any
further inquires you have.
Everything you need to know about Leadstone is on
this web site, however if you would like a brochure please ask.
We have a special offer for you
here.
A traditional uncommercialised
camping site, beautifully located, near a good beach has never
been easy to find - one where the owners have built a reputation
for their friendly, personal approach and are always ready to help
with your questions and problems. If this is what you are looking
for, please read on.
A recent survey of many visitors who return every
year showed that our continuing policy of making small improvements
to ensure that the site stays quiet, friendly and uncommercialised
is just what they require. We are not perfect but we all try very
hard and enjoy caring for our visitors.

"Perfick" is how world famous naturalist David Bellamy described Dawlish Warren when he visited in 2007.
A mixture of conservation at the Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve and a Blue Flag Beach resort working in harmony to give you an all round experience, wherever your interest lies. The Beach was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for the 9th consecutive year. |
We always have a famously friendly staff to help
you and think we have earned a healthy reputation for good value
and good service.
While we are primarily a site for tents and motor
homes we are also licenced to accept touring
caravans.
Every year the site is inspected by English, German
and Dutch inspectors and we remain A TOP RATED 3 STAR PARK. One inspector commented that we are "A very attractive simple park employing high standards of care", when asked if we should alter anything replied "Leave it just as it is". Enough said?
Dogs - we are all dog lovers here, Bertie and Jack - our Springers are very popular with our younger visitors however following an incident elsewhere in the area we have reluctantly reviewed our "Dogs Welcome" policy and we are sorry but now reserve the right to refuse admission for some breeds. Irresponsible owners are to blame for this move, so please phone for details if you are concerned.
Well behaved dogs (see above paragraph) are allowed on the strict understanding
that they are kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES and exercised
off the site.
There is a five miles per hour speed limit on the
site. Our reputation as a 'quiet' site has been earned, so `NO
NOISE AFTER 11.00PM' means exactly what it says.
Our "Specials" are superb value - better value than ever before - so come early or late and fill our pitches!

WiFi now available at Leadstone Camping - see tariff page for details. |
